From April 16 to 18, 2025, HiLock brought its independently developed ultra-high pressure microfluidic homogenization equipment to the 7th China International Biotechnology Conference, demonstrating the innovative strength of domestic high-end equipment to the global biotechnology field.
At this exhibition, HiLock focused on presenting two models: the 250L mass production model and the 8L desktop experimental model. Among them, the 250L mass production model has a processing capacity per hour that exceeds the industry standard, and with its modular design, it has achieved rapid deployment of the production line, attracting more than ten companies to discuss cooperation on site; the 8L desktop model has become the focus of scientific research institutes and start-ups with its intelligent touch system and compact design covering only 0.8㎡. Through dynamic model demonstrations and prototype operation, the efficient homogenization effect of the equipment in the fields of nanoemulsion preparation and cell disruption was intuitively presented.
During the exhibition, more than 300 professional visitors were received, and 87 effective customer leads were obtained. Many cosmetic raw material suppliers have shown great interest in the energy consumption optimization solution of the equipment in the nanoemulsification process. Through in-depth communication with customers, the technical team collected 12 improvement suggestions on improving pressure accuracy and optimizing online cleaning systems.
This exhibition not only consolidated the cooperative relationship with existing customers, but also through technical docking with new customers such as Novo Nordisk and the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we have a deep understanding of the urgent need for ultra-high pressure homogenization technology above 1500bar in the biopharmaceutical field. Currently, 5 customers have made appointments for on-site factory visits, which is expected to drive a 30% increase in orders in the second quarter.
